Pros and Cons

I talked to my mom on Friday night and she said that when I come home next week for my dad's birthday that she wants me to bring a pros and cons list of why I should be in an apartment next year. Especially one that's 10 minutes away from campus. Umm, hello?? 10 min? That's less time than it takes for me to walk to my classes in the morning!
Well, I already have a bunch of ideas, some of which I wrote about a little while ago. But I need your guys help. I really want to also be prepared with the cons, not necessarily for me to write them down, but for me to know what to say when my parents bring them up.
So... what pros and cons can you think of???
