Week 2
So, after 2 weeks of exercising, and about a week of eating healthier, I have lost 2 pounds! Yah! I'm sure it could have been a little more, but I did have a couple of "off" days, as I'm still trying to get into the healthy eating habit. Working out has been so great though, and it's nice to see it paying off a little! Can't wait for next week!

"off" days... yeah it has been an "off" week now since last thursday I have not taken the time to exercise. Being sick (to the stomach) can do that to you.... I hate times like that... Keeping going... Keep eating good..
